Terms and Conditions for Consumers

Collaborate or register with KALPVRIKSH only with your full consent after reading each and every term and condition of the KALPVRIKSH Platform carefully.

  1. I agree to be fully responsible for any financial, social, psychological, or legal harm that I may suffer in the future due to my lack of knowledge about the terms and conditions of the KALPVRIKSH platform or due to being intentionally or unintentionally misled by another consumer. I understand that KALPVRIKSH shall not be responsible in any manner. It is my personal responsibility to read and understand all the terms and conditions before joining.
  2. I understand that my Aadhaar Card Number and PAN Card Number must be updated in my KALPVRIKSH account.
  3. I understand that only an Indian citizen above 18 years of age, of sound mind, can join KALPVRIKSH with the approval of the Company. A smartphone is mandatory to use the KALPVRIKSH application. Only individuals having a valid PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, mobile number (registered in their own name), email address, bank account, and UPI ID are eligible to subscribe.
  4. I understand that once my Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID are entered during registration, these details cannot be changed at will. Therefore, I must enter these details carefully.
  5. I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for explaining the concept of KALPVRIKSH correctly to others and connecting more than two individuals who need financial assistance by using my invitation link within 30 days.
  6. I agree to provide unconditional direct financial assistance to consumers who joined KALPVRIKSH before me using my own earned funds.
  7. As per the action plan received from the platform, I understand that I should provide unconditional financial assistance to 12 consumers.

    I understand and agree to the above financial assistance structure.

  8. Based on my personal and social responsibility, I declare that I will provide financial assistance of up to ₹7,400 to 12 consumers through KALPVRIKSH. I understand that KALPVRIKSH provides an opportunity to receive direct financial assistance of up to ₹1,02,26,800 from 8,190 consumers as per the action plan. The platform does not impose any fixed deadline for completing this process. KALPVRIKSH shall not be responsible for any deadlines communicated by unauthorized persons.

  9. Nominees

    The Company provides a nominee facility. In case of any unfortunate event, the nominee may visit the Company office or submit the required documents to transfer the account into their name. The nominee details must already be updated in your account. Based on the nominee's activities, the Company may allow continuation of the account.
  10. KALPVRIKSH makes no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any advertising message or marketing material provided through referrals, outside companies, or this website. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before relying on any claim or promise.
  11. A distributor may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement without prior written consent of the Company. If any provision of this agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  12. Limitation of Liability
    You agree that KALPVRIKSH is not responsible for the success or failure of your business or any business decisions made based on information provided through the Company, its products, or services.
  13. All leads, training materials, and related resources are provided "AS IS" without any warranty, express or implied, regarding their accuracy or performance.
  14. You are solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes on any income earned through KALPVRIKSH or any leads sold through the website according to the laws of your jurisdiction.
  15. Any distributor acting unethically or unprofessionally may be terminated without refund at the sole discretion of KALPVRIKSH. Future commissions, leads, training access, and all associated benefits may be forfeited. Defamation or false statements against the Company or its owner may also result in immediate termination.
  16. Since KALPVRIKSH operates legally, distributors shall not promote the Company through unlawful methods, spam, objectionable websites, or any medium prohibited by applicable law.
  17. KALPVRIKSH does not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, virus-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without prior notice.
  18. After obtaining complete information, you pay the subscription fee along with applicable GST. Against this payment, you receive access to the platform subscription and Ayurvedic products. Therefore, the subscription fee is non-refundable.
  19. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, mechanical failures, electronic failures, or communication failures.
  20. Distributors shall not make any income representations except those specifically mentioned in official Company materials.
  21. Every consumer must complete two direct referrals within 21 days. If two direct referrals are not completed within 30 days, the Company reserves the right to replace the ID upon receiving a complaint from the upline.
